If delivery personnel cannot reach your address or timing is not suitable, they will contact you directly to reschedule.

  • We offer free delivery across all locations in India (PAN India shipping).

What are the estimated delivery times?

  • For A1 and A2 metro cities (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad), delivery is usually faster. For other cities, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days.

I have placed an order but can’t receive it due to unexpected reasons. Can you hold the delivery?

  • If your Libidex order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. For your safety, we may ask some verification questions before making changes. If your order is already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot hold or delay the delivery.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: You’ll need to provide your bank details to receive the refund.

Refund timeline for returned products:

Partial returns:

Damaged product replacement:
